Our Haf Day Treatment Program (IOP) is offered:
Daytime: 9 AM- 12 PM (Monday - Friday)
Evening: 6 PM- 9 PM (Monday - Thursday)

Foundations Group Recovery Centers' Half Day Treatment Program helps you continue your recovery journey with us from the comfort of one of our recovery residences or your own home. This program is a step-down from our Day Treatment Program and is offered on a more flexible schedule, with day and evening hours available. Day Treatment Programs and Half Day Treatment Programs are similar as they are both outpatient services that we offer. Half Day Treatment Programs includes one-on-one therapy with a licensed counselor, group therapy and activities, and weekly medication management on-site with a Nurse Practitioner.
