Foundations Group Recovery Centers Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is an adult day treatment service that specializes in substance use disorder treatment. Foundations Group Recovery Center's PHP is offered Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Clients receive focused, individualized treatment. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is the step-down from the PHP, and is offered Monday-Friday 9:00Am-12:00PM during the day and 6:00-9:00PM Monday - Friday evenings.

Clients will have access to a Nurse Practitioner for medication management and a therapist for individualized counseling and treatment planning. We also offer Psychiatric Services and MAT Services to our clients. To ensure successful continuation of services, our therapists work together with families, agencies, probation officers, and other primary support groups.
