FOUNDATIONS GROUP RECOVERY CENTERS
Foundations Group Recovery Centers Outpatient Services, located in Mashpee, MA are tailored to address the needs of individuals in multiple stages of recovery. Clinicians utilize assessment tools to determine the risks, needs, and level of care of each individual.
Foundations Group Recovery Centers Outpatient Services treats alcohol use disorder, opioid use disorder, stimulant use disorder, fentanyl addiction, heroin addiction, benzodiazepine addiction, alcohol addiction, cocaine addiction, methamphetamine addiction, painkiller addiction, and more.
Through individualized treatment planning, clinicians work with clients to address their substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Our Day Treatment Program is a full day program, held Monday - Saturday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Breakfast and lunch are catered to clients daily.
Partial Hospitalization & Inpatient Rehab for the Cape Cod, Boston, Plymouth & Martha's Vineyard, MA Areas
Our day treatment program allows clients transitioning from an inpatient detox program a chance to move into a more flexible program that still offers a high level of structure and support. A day treatment program is a step that many people battling substance use disorder take after they have been through a residential treatment program or detoxification, including alcohol inpatient rehab. In the early stages of recovery, it is often critical that a patient lives on-site and only leaves under exceptional circumstances. Enrolling in a day treatment program gives you the same level of structure and accountability, while residing at our beautiful recovery residences located here on Cape Cod. We welcome clients from the surrounding Boston, Plymouth, and Martha's Vineyard, MA areas.
